| Thanks to new technology, anyone who has a computer can access to the Internet, and have an e-mail address. But unfortunately you have probably seen an increase in the amount of "junk mail" which shows up in your e-mail box. There seems to be no way to avoid junk e-mail. What is worse, the anonymous users in cyberspace have gained chances to send impudent messages without having to take responsibility for their words. In my opinion, there is a need to develop some courteous codes especially for this new communication through Internet. |
