Choose a correct one which describes the measurement of cargo weight.

The unit of weight by metric system shall be the pound.

Weight that is not weighed under the attendance of measurer shall not be acknowledged.

When calculating or making certificate, measuring per unit cargo shall be recorded to the nearest unit of 0.01 lbs.

Total weight shall be counted in pound units by rounding off decimals 0.05 and over as the whole number.
